Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
financial data requested for three years.
my ex wife's lawyer has requested all my bank records, all my payslips, tax forms, deeds of all ral estate, etc for three years. What is the extent to which he can request these? He had submitted a motion into court to force me to get these. I had responded to the court asking my ex to produce the same documents. I had also asked for copying costs up front for all the paperwork unless she does not charge me for copying her documents. I just got a letter that he wants the data in a week or he will force discovery. He did not mention any costs or has not paid any costs. Am I legal entitlred to refuse? Plus I do can not get all this information in this time.
Please help.

Re: financial data requested for three years.
1. He is entitled to it.
2. At this stage each party bears its own cost.
3. If you need more time, ask the court.
