Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

How do I find out if my child is in foster care and how a person came to have her. I had visitation rights to my child and lost contact with her 8 years ago at the time she was in custody of father, now someone else has her and is filing for child support, how do I find out who this person is and regain visitation and or fight for custody?

Use the case number you had - reopen the case and file a Petition for Custody.
