Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I can find legal aid in my county and I go after my ex husband for visitation and back child support he owes me (CLOSED) Do I pay ne thing if I get what I would be asking for?

If you qualify for legal aid, you may pay nothing regardless of the outcome of your case. Also, you may check with the local Child Enforcement Division of the Department of Revenue to see if they will assist you with collecting support. they will not help you with visitation, though.
