If she is denying you contact or otherwise making it difficult then you need to petition the court to change the current court order. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659

You need to prove a "substantial change in circumstances" since the time the agreement was entered into or ordered. "Substantial" means that you have to show that she is a bad mom. You can't logically ask for 50/50 because why would a bad mom get a child 50% of the time? Don't do this without a lawyer.

You don't say if you have an order in place or if this was just a verbal agreement with the bio mom. If you have a court order - then ask to modify it. If not, then you need to get one. If I can be of assistance, please contact my office for an appointment. As a side note, when dealing with children you really need to get an attorney to help you - remember there are no do overs if you try this yourself and it goes wrong.
