Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

New FL alimony law,,I have been awarded permanent periodic alimony,my part of exs retirement(he retired early) and I was making a few hundred dollars per month when we signed the MSA. I have almost 3 decades invested. Now he is saying he is going to have the alimony modified, because he isn't getting that much in retirement...He can return back to work in a month or so back into the FRS system..He has a church that he pastors and has a home the church provided (free). He can make up to 75,000 in pastor pay at a good sized church....What are my options to keep my alimony, will the new law have any effect on my MSA????

Permanent periodic alimony is just what it states - permanent. Unless there is a drastic change in circumstances, courts do not usually change or modifiy alimony.
