Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
FL DOR is supposed to be enforcing child support case, and they have made a mess of things. Some attorneys say to stay with the state because they will get things done eventually. Others suggest they can do more to help.
I know they are able to take enforcement measures that a private attorney cannot. If I hire an attorney to help enforce the case, what would I be giving up?

You have to pay an attorney as opposed to DOR is free to you. Also DOR can intercept an IRS refund whereas a private attorney cannot. I will do it if you want. Contact my office for free consultation.
