Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Fl or Ga jurisdiction

Me and my ex have joint custody of our 15 yr old son. the last order in Fl states that he resides with me and the mother to pay no support. In Nov 05 with a notarized paper we agreed that our son could live with mom and dad to pay $75.00 bi-weekly which is current. In Aug 06 mom moves the child to Ga against my wishes and files for child support. Since I still live in Fl and they have only lived in Ga for 3 1/2 months, which state has jurisdiction? Which child support guidelines do I need to follow? Will arrears be calculated from the time my son moved in with his mom or from the time they moved to Ga? I need to find some help but I do not know in which state to look. Please help!

Retain counsel in GA. Do not ignore the court papers.
