Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Flight Responsibility

I am an out of state father and my daughter lives in Florida. I take advantage of every visitation that has been offered. What are the courts policies typically about who has to pay for travel to see me? Do they usually offer a percentage, like child support, or do they require each party to pay half.

Re: Flight Responsibility

It depends on the incomes of each party and the circumstances. Often times the visiting parent has to pay the expenses, but this often changes if the parent in the other state moved there for purposes of making thing difficult for the other parent. It isn't a percentage like child support.
