In Florida, Can attorney stop working on my divorce case if I owe him money? He knows I will have it upon settlement.

He must either do the work or withdraw as your attorney. He cannot just ignore matter.

He has to move the case forward or get off the case.

yes, he can file a withdrawal from the case due to conflict , non-payment. Settlements are not a sure bet
