Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In Florida, how does a birth mother give up her parental rights to the birth father. This isn't a case of step-parent adoption. What forms would I need? He doesn't want child support and I don't want to pay any. We are divorcing and it is in the best interest of the kids that I don't see them. He has strong family support and the kids really would be better off this way. I am bipolar.

The reason you can't find the forms you need is because you can't do what you want. It's never in the best interest of the children (under Florida law) to leave them "mother-less." Once the father remarries, and assuming it's okay with his new wife, you can do the step-parent adoption. In the meantime, you can't simply "sign your kids away."
