florida child support modification retroactive
If there is an increase in child support modification, is the increase retroactive past filing date if the difference is substantial? He is not in arrears.

Since he is not in arrears, the new amount, as increased in the modification, will be effective when the order is signed for that month or another time if it is specified in the order.
