Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My Florida Child support was terminated last month by the court and DOR income deduction order. My son turned 18. I looked the case up recently and there is a new inquirey that he will not graduate until 06/2013. There is no filing, just a submitted letter from CSE. What should I expect now. If they were going to re-instate it could it be without a hearing?

Looks like you will have to pay until June 2013 when the child graduates. There is nothing you can do.
If your divorce decree stated only 18 then it is possible that you will not have to pay any further. However, your ex can ask the court to extend and you will have a hearing on the matter. Most decrees today state that if the child has not graduated but will upon attaining the age of 19, then child support is usually extended for that period of time.
