Florida Court hearing to enforce motion for child support was scheduled for 04/13

And I’ve been told that instead of in person because of the virus it would be changed to video. Confirmation of change occurred 04/09 and I’m being told that it’s going to be rescheduled 30 days out to give other party ample notice. His email is on file and last time a change was made were given a week notice. I have a lawyer (not answering my question) and other party doesn’t. It doesn’t make since you move the date when the format is the only changing. Other party is already in contempt of court for not follow judges orders to submit financial affidavit
