Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

We are in Florida. My daughters father is not on the birth certificate. and is not living with me either. Does this mean i have full custody of my daughter right now? Also if he was to take her with out my permission, would that be kidnapping?

You have full custody. If he takes your child without your permission, yes that would be kidnapping.
