Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In Florida - how can I determine when the second week of the month is? For example Dec 2012 has 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays. Would the second weekend of the month be Fri 7th Sat 8th and Sun the 9th? The non custodial parent failed to show up for pick up and has threatened to call the police if he does not get the child next weekend. The non custodial parent only gets one visit a month and its the second weekend of the month.

If your paperwork defines the weekend as Friday to Sunday (or if the "non-custodial" parent has visits on Fridays), I'd say the second weekend of December, 2012 is December 14 to 16. Otherwise, I'd say it's December 8-9. But it's obviously arguable, so why risk a court battle? I think I'd just give the other parent next weekend.
