Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In Florida, do I have right of discovery on my Ex's live in boyfriend? I ran a search by name on clerk of courts public records and found a charge of lewd and lacivios behavior on a minor child but I'm not 100% certain it is him. If it is, could it affect custody?

Of course it matters if you have children and your ex is living with a sex offender. But, what you need to do is get a good lawyer, not try to handle this yourself.
