Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Florida divorce
In a Florida family court of law would a Judge hear a case without the opposing parties deposition By my attorney?... especially in a case of very high assets disappearing right before the divorce?

Not a good idea.

Re: Florida divorce
Both parties have the full plethora of discovery devices before trial, such as interrogatories, depositions, request for documents, so either attorney can get full information. Also the parties must file full financial disclosure affidavits (required) before trial. Actually the financials are filed when the case begins. "Before the divorce" means the filing of the action, correct?
