Florida Divorce.. Can judge make me liable for husbands back taxes?? we files married filing Separately

A divorce judge can make you responsible for your husband's back taxes, but that doesn't mean the IRS will go after you. If they believe only he is liable, they will chase him and ignore what the divorce judge has ruled.
