Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In florida, if i give primary custodial residence of a 14 yo to her father, or do I need to,so that she cant return to my home, what am I really giving up.??? I would modify the order to state that no child support is exchanged by either parent unless she resides at my residence.

Child support is NOT a waivable issue. You can have joint custody with each contributing to the child's need when you have the child.
