Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
In Florida my mother took my father to court for Child support, case ended end of Nov 2015. My mother was told by the judge that she will have a ruling by the End of 2015 but now we are in Feb 2016 and she still didn't get a ruling. How long should a Judge have to give a ruling in a Florida Child Support Case? Can she do anything or contact anyone? Her Attorney said that she can't contact the judge.

To make a complaint about a Judge contact the Governors Office or the Judicial Qualifications Commission thru the Florida Supreme Court.
Her attorney can call the judicial assistant.
My colleagues are absolutely correct. However, if your attorney is not representing you, you can call and find out from the Judge's judicial assistant what the hold up is. I can't imagine that a judge would take this long to respond.
