Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I'm in Florida. I have a 3 mth. old son from an ex boyfriend. He left me while I was pregnant and has had little to do with him since he got out of the hospital. He doesnt pay child support and said he's going for 50/50 custody so he wont have to. Is that possible even toug he's never even been alone with my son?
