What is the Florida Statue or Doctrine that doesn't allow a modification (decrease) in child support when the non-custodial parent lost his job and is under employed due to his own actions (i.e. license suspension due to drug arrest)?

61.30, and chapter 61 overall. if you get fired for drugs you do not get a modification
