Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In Florida, an unwed mother filed for and received a $300 per month child support order after paternity was validated via DNA testing. No time-sharing schedule was established for the Father; only a paternity and support order. Six months ago, the mother abandoned the child with the father and the mother has not notified the courts or Florida Department of Revenue to stop the child support payments/arrearage.

Is this Fraud on the Mothers part?

If the father is still paying child support into the registry and the mother is still receiving the money yes it can be construed as fraud. The father needs to contact the Department of Revenue have the support order stopped.
