Can a Florida woman, married in Florida, whose husband now resides in another state file for a divorce in Florida from her husband while becoming pregnant in Florida with another mans child?

You can file for a divorce in Florida if you can show 6 months of residency in Florida prior to filing the divorce.

Yes as Ms. Hall has stated. Also know that unless your ex-husband to be states that this is not his child, he could be held responsible for the child support. As the law stands you are married and the child is his responsibility.
