Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am in Florida. I have a 7 year old child who's father has been incarcerated most of her life. He is out now but on probation in Indiana. He has tried to get permission to visit her but they keep denying him. This is not in her best interest and as I am a single mom and have already spent too much money bringing her to Indiana over the years to see him I cannot afford to bring her up there. Can I do anything about this.

It depends on what the custody order says. If it requires you to bring her to him, then you need to get that changed. If he is a danger, then you can get his rights terminated.
