In florida can a 18 year old date a 16 year old. I've looked around on the internet and i seen a statement that 16, 17 can have sexual intercourse with someone under 23 is that statement true

The age of consent is 16. There is a 4 year window related to age differences being legal. So a 16 year old can date a 19 year old, but not a 22 year old.
