Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Florida...

I have a memorandum of agreement stating that I get my daughters every weekend. Since the memorandum was created I moved 85 miles away and out of the county. She is now stating that the memorandum is void, is that correct?

Why would it be. As long as you pick up the children (which could be an issue since you moved) there should be no problem. I would have to see what you signed. Was it approved by the court. If not, you may need to do that in order to make it enforceable.
