Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In Florida..my daughter was living with this guy for 6 years engaged for 1, now he has kicked her to the curb, they both are on a car, can he demand the car back? Also can he demand the cell phone or the engagement ring?

He can demand anything. If both on title and she has possession, she can keep. She can also keep phone and ring as a gift unless there is a specified condition of marriage.
