Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been forced out of my married home since September. First from restraining order, never served. Then another, she again didn't show. Until I insisted to stay in house, which then after police refused to remove me, she filed yet a third. NEVER, was there any threats or violence on my behalf. She uses a tool to get her way.

Can't tell you how many jobs and so forth, this has caused. Now she seeks permanent injunction, because now I'm financially beaten. Can't I sue her? Florida is my state

You have left out way too much information to offer advise. Are you married? Is home in both names? Were you served a petition for divorce? Were you served any kind of paper from the Court ? Did you answer, did you have a hearing. Are there children involved? Assets removed or sold? Why is she entitled to the house and not you?
