Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Forged Tax Return, and Closed Joint Accounts

My daughter left her disscharged Marine husband in Indiana and moved back home to Florida with my 10 month old Grandson. Under Florida law she can not file for divorce until she has been a resident for six months (April of 2007).

The husband called yesterday to get my daughters drivers license number and expiration date. She gave him the information, then asked what he needed it for. He told her it was so he could sign her name on their joint tax return. She has not seen the tax return, isn't that fraud?

He has since closed their joint bank accounts and opened his own individual account. Can he have the joint tax check direct deposited into his individual account automatically?

Since he has cut my dauther off of all funds, are she and the baby just out of luck finacially until, April 2007
