What form do I need to file to change primary residence FROM my ex husband TO myself regarding our minor child? We are in Pinellas County, Florida.

You would need to file a Supplemental Petition to modify the previous Final Judgment.

You will have the burden to show that there has been a substantial, unanticipated change of circumstances and that such a change in the Parenting Plan would be in the best interests of the child.
