Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What form do I file to have a "modification of child support" removed from the Dept of Revenue and placed back with judge in normal county courthouse? My ex husband wAsnt paying at all when he filed for modification of child support so the judge sent case to dept of revenue to get support back on track. Now that's done and modification is still with Dept of Revenue. I don't feel they are qualified to handle it. We don't even appear in front of a judge there.

You have to file a motion there is no specific form, all DOR stuff is done before the DOR hearing officer so you will probably lose. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659
