Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What form do I need to fill out in Hillsborough County Florida to bring my former husband to court for refusing to pay his portion of an orthodontic bill for our son. It is written in the MSA that orthodontic treatment was to be split evenly. Thank you!

You need to file a motion for contempt/enforcement. It's on Hillsborough County's Judicial website at www.fljud13.org. Next, go to Mediation and Diversion Services on the second floor of the courthouse and set a date. You have to mediate the case before a magistrate will hear it. If the mediation fails, file a motion for referral to magistrate (also on the county website) and,10 days or more later, call the magistrate's office and set your motion for a hearing.
