Has there been an order yet determining him to be the father? If so, you just need file a parenting plan. If there has never been an order determining him to be the father, you need to file a paternity action. You can get the parenting plan or the paternity package online for free at flcourts.org, or you can sometimes buy them from the clerk.
The best idea is to use a lawyer, though.
