If i'm found disabled to receive ssi benefits, will the court in fl terminate my back child support since i'm unable to work if i request a modification hearing to lift restriction on driving privileges?

The court will not terminate your back child support. You can request a modification to lower your amount if your income changes. You should try making arrangements on your arrearages in order to get your driving privileges reinstated.
