I found history chat of my cheating wife, but they are incompletes, i�m going to sumit a divorce court case in florida suing my wife for cheating on me, the question is where can I pull more or if the court can take into consideration these evidences to obatin a partion or full child custody.

You are understandably angry, but Florida is a "no-fault" divorce State.
If your marriage is salvagable, save it. If not, retain counsel to do what's best for you and your child(ren).
If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a �do over� if things go badly.
