Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My ex ( I just found out 6 months later )divorced me without my knowledge, using divorce by publication, obviously claiming no knowledge of my whereabouts. Not only she knew my exact address ( she used it partialy in the publication ) where she sent the children to spend last summer with me there, but I have couple of Viber records and e-mail sent to her in the months prior to the final DoM.
She took the house ( that's another one - how it's possible to grant property deed to a person that is not on the mortgage at all ???), and full custody of the kids.
Is it something that can be fought in court using these Viber and single e-mail records? Would it be considered a criminal case?

It is possible the court did not have proper jurisdiction to decide all these issues. You may wish to speak with local counsel.
Hire a lawyer and file a motion to set aside the final judgment.
You definitely have the right to fight this IF the divorce was granted by a Florida court. If granted by another states court, that state will control. You should immediately contact a Family Law attorney in the correct state. Also be aware that you must file your objections, in Florida, within one year of the date of the Final Judgment.
