Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Fraud during divorce

My aunt got divorced less than a year ago and she had 2 children in this marriage. Her husband asked for divorce because he found a job in Texas and she did not want to move from Miami. My aunt recently found out that he got married less than 6 months of their divorce which leads her to believe that he was having an affair. She also found out that he bought a property in conjuction with his brother in Nicaragua. The property was purchased while they were married and she did not know about it and nothing was mentioned during their divorce. Can she sue for half of the property even though it is in Nicaragua ? She wants to make sure that in the case that something happens to her ex-husband, their children are left with the property which was bought with her money also. Her ex-husband lives in Texas. Thank you.

Re: Fraud during divorce

Depends upon the facts and the wording of the divorce decree. Litigation may be necessary.
