Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex has fraudualntly recieved public assistance. Child support has been taking money from my Social Security Disability check. Now they have siezed my bank account. What should I do?

Report the fraudulent assistance to the police and to the agency giving the assistance. Hire an attorney to sue for the overpay or to get credit against future child support payments.
