Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Is there a free legal service available in the state of Florida that can help me put together my initial legal brief for my child custody appeal. I went active duty in the Army in January 2007 and my exhusband, who I was still married to at the time, took my two youngest sons with him to cheat on me. I found out from my son what he was doing. All of this was brought out in divorce and custody proceedings but the judge still ruled in favor of him, citing some case law that does not even come close to being similiar to our case. I feel that the judge abused her discretion and I want to know how to address that in the brief. she was fully aware of all of his activities and not thinking in my son\'s best interest. I think part of her decision was based on the fact that I am active duty military. Please help! I am very limited on funds because I am paying him nearly $1000 a month in child support too. I live in Georgia due to the military but I am still a Florida resident. The jurisdiction of the case is still in Florida.\n\nThank you for your help!
