Can I freeze my husband's accounts ?

Can I freeze accounts until my husband goes over everything before settling a divorce?

First, you can't freeze anything. It would take a court Order following a Motion by you (or your attorney) for an Injunction. You will need very good reasons to convince a judge to grant an injunction like you are seeking.
