Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello, I have a friend who is in a dire situation at her home, she faces verbal, emotional, and occasional physical abuse by the inhabitants of the house and she has asked me to find her a way out. I've done research on my own but I feel no one can explain the situation to me better than a lawyer. She is a minor, I am 18 years of age and I would like to know the easiest, most likely successful way, of going about getting guardianship or custody of her. Please respond, I'm trying to convince her there's another way, a legal way, to do this without her running away from home and endangering her life.
