friend being harrassed
a friend has temporary custody of her grandson,the boy's father keeps calling social services on her and they investigate and close the case,is there anyway to stop him from filing these false allegations and stop harrassing her?

Your friend should try calling and speaking with the agency and explain the situation. If they say they must act, then the only solution I can think of is to file a suit againt the father and/or the agency. Against the father, they can allege harassment and filing false reports. Against the agency, they can ask for a Writ of Prohibition which would prohibit the agency from acting on these false reports. Frankly though, I do not see a court prohibiting a state agency from investigating any report of abuse.
