Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My friend got married to a cuban three years ago here in Florida and now she is divorcing him and accusing him with domestic violence. Can she request his us residency papers taken away?

She cannot request it but if he is charged and convicted, he may be placed in removal proceedings.
