Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a friend that just got married to this guy and he is very crazy the police have been called out to there home a couple of times he get;s out his guns going to kill his self and waving them around and breaking things she has caught him in lies and time she had a lot of money when he met her but he got her to put in land and a mobile home and to build him a shop on this land he is driving her crazy but he has made sure that she has nothing no money no job she payed the mobile home off with her money I want to know as florida law can she get a lawyer to get her divorce and him have to pay for it she had a job when they met but she got hurt and he told her to sue for workmans comp he new if she did that she could not get her job back. and now she is out of a job and her friends are afraid that he is going to hurt her but she dont have a job or no money left to get out
