i have a friend who was married in newyork and it did not work out,he left and moved to florida were he been living for six years. he now haves a girlfriend and they have a three year old together and want to get married. is it possible for him to do so even though he has no contact or does not know were she is,they have no kids togethers can he get married in florida were he lives at.

Is it possible for him to get married or get divorced?
Obviously, he can't get married until he divorces his first wife. He can file for divorce in Florida, but he has to make a serious attempt to find his wife to serve her with papers. He shoud speak with a lawyer to learn how to locate her or learn how to file for divorce if she can't be located.
He can not remarry legally unless he gets divorced. Hire an attorney to handle this as he can then publish a Notice of Action is the newspaper of the last known county in which she resided.
