My friend has been married for 24 years and wants a divorce. Her husband cheated on her. They have a grown daughter that doesn't live with them. My friend does have a job. The husband has been making her pay for things out of her paycheck instead of a joint account for about 1 year. She has always been a house wife for him. He has been getting an education, while she took care of the home and child. She wants him to move out because she is getting anxiety attacks from his presence and his verbal abuse. How can she get him out of the house until the divorce is settled? The house is in foreclosure, but it is in his name. They haven't filed for divorce yet, but they are going to.

Verbal abuse is considered domestic violence. Have your friend file for an domestic violence injunction and then file a petition for divorce.
