Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a friend of mine who would like to release her ex-husband from any further child support obligations or medical, etc. on the one teenage daughter, in exchange for the satisfaction of a lien he holds on what WAS the marital property. They are in total agreement with this and I am very good at typing up legal documents and asked for my assistance. However, I am uncertain whether to file a motion with both of their names on it, or just do a Settlement Agreement and request a motion for approval before the judge. Any advice is welcome, as neither one of them have any money for an attorney at this point. Thank you in advance.

You are asking to waive child support in exchange for waiving a property lien, not sure the judge would agree to that. 100% you need a lawyer

The parties may have problems getting this approved by the Judge. They will more than likely need an attorney.
