Friend of mine's in jail and I'm watching his house for him this girl keeps on saying she has belongings here but I have not seen anything that she's describing that's hers do I have to let her in the house considering she does not live here and he's told me that

Unless she is on the deed or on the lease, the answer is NO. You might tell her that if she continues to harass you about entry that you will file a police report for a restraining order.
