Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

A friend wants me to sell a car that belonged to her divorced husband. He just died on Tuesday. They have been living together for years, even though they are divorced from each other. What do I need to do, what paperwork do I need, etc to sell the car for her? I live in Clermont, she lives in Leesburg.

Only the owner or his estate can sell.

You have to file a probate case for the deceased owner then get authority to sell the car.
